2014 Stephen Mayor Operational Award
The Louisiana Mosquito Control Association has presented the 2014 Stephen Mayor Operational Award
to George Bragg.
This award is for the best operational paper presented at the LMCA Annual Meeting. The award is made to
residents of the State of Louisiana and employed by a mosquito control operation in Louisiana. The

George developed a larvicide cartridge made of PVC material to use in residential culverts and catch
basins. It dispenses all the common larvicide briquets used in our industry. Built in floats
allow the cartridge to adjust to fluctuations in water levels.
